Excellent Experience!!! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dan Benish was our Realtor. We met him at the office in Murrells Inlet and he immediately responded to help us prepare our home to sell. In early Summer we quickly learned the real estate market in our area for selling was very slow …yet Dan understood we were anxious to sell as we had made plans to move out of state. He aggressively pursued the market throughout the area. We had several showings and then Dan brought clients that almost immediately made us an offer that was exactly our asking price. Our home sold in half the time other homes in our area did. Of course St. Joseph helped us too!!!
